MGR was quick to respond to my LG Repair Ticket and assign a Repair Techinician to my case. The technician came out within 2 days and was friendly and efficient. In the end the issue I was having (water leaking out th he bottom of the washer), was not an issue with the washer. The problem was a clogged water drain.
